A community scoping session for the Cypress Point Affordable Housing Community Environmental Impact Report (EIR) will be the single-item agenda at the SMC Planning Commission meeting Dec 14, 2022, at 9:00 AM (held remotely). Cypress Point is a proposed 71-unit, 100% affordable family development on an 11-acre site at Carlos & Sierra in Moss Beach.
