Princeton Shoreline Access Improvements at Vassar

Broken concrete riprap at the end of Vassar in Princeton was rearranged by County Dept of Public Works (DPW) in September 2021 to provide easier beach access, completing a project in the works since 2017.  Following installation of harbor viewing benches at Broadway that year (blog post), MCC advocated for improved beach access at Columbia and Vassar - slide presentation.

The planned wooden stairs at Columbia were not built due to the severe beach scouring that had occurred by Sept 2021.
