SMC Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCo) has released the Draft Municipal Service Review and Sphere Update for the San Mateo County Harbor District.
Affected agencies, residents, property owners and interested individuals and groups are requested to provide comments to the LAFCo Executive Officer, Martha Poyatos, by email at mpoyatos@smcgov.org or fax at (650) 363‐4849. Please submit comments by June 26, 2015.
The Executive Officer’s Report including comments and recommended determinations will be presented to San Mateo LAFCo at the Commission meeting of July 15, 2015 scheduled to begin at 1:30 p.m. in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, 400 County Center Redwood City.
The comprehensive review and report were put in motion after last year's Civil Grand Jury Report: "What is the price of dysfunction? The San Mateo County Harbor District."
