NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Regular Meeting of the Midcoast Community Council scheduled to be held on February 14, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. has been CANCELLED. Instead there will be a Special Meeting on Feb. 12 at 7:00pm, and another Special Meeting on Feb. 21 starting at 5:30pm - with both agendas announced separately. The next Regular Meeting of the Council is scheduled to be held on February 28, 2024 at 7:00 p.m
Harbor District Land Acquisition Feb 2024
In Feb 2024 the SMC Harbor District purchased 7 parcels above the boat launch ramp along the highway and Ave Alhambra for $8,583,554. No development of the parcels was initially announced except the potential for parking.
