City staff will present updated project plans and schedules.
South segment: Roadway widening from Seymour to Wavecrest and a new signalized intersection at Main Street.
North segment: Roadway widening from North Main Street to Spindrift Way, a new signalized intersection at Terrace Ave, and a new pedestrian/bicycle path on the east side of the highway.
