The draft ordinance provides for commercial cultivation within greenhouses with a Business License with extensive operational requirements, oversight and enforcement.

Recently released State of California regulations will go into effect 1/1/2018, subject to any more restrictive local odinances.
UPDATE 12/5/17: The Board of Supervisors voted 5-0 to approve the greenhouse cannabis cultivation ordinance and prohibit for another year all other commercial cannabis-related activities.
