Stonewood Lodge Major Development Pre-Application Workshop - September 30, 2025

A public workshop will be held to allow the public to comment and provide feedback on a proposal to construct a resort facility at 37 Frenchmans Creek Road in the unincorporated Rural Midcoast area of San Mateo County. The project proposal includes construction of a clubhouse, restaurant, wellness center, 12 villas, 6 cabanas, 3 sport courts, a new campground with 12 campsites in the western valley of the property, owner operator residence, additional site parking, and expansion of the reservoir on the eastern ridge of the property. The project also proposes to provide 6 farm labor housing units and reconfiguration of existing onsite agriculture in the eastern valley of the property. The property is approximately 164 acres in size and is zoned PAD/CD (Planned Agricultural District/Coastal Development District) with a General Plan land use designation of Agriculture.

San Mateo County will hold a workshop to review draft sea level rise policies for the Princeton community.
