RCD First Rain training for volunteers (First Flush)
San Mateo County Resource Conservation District is seeking volunteers for their annual First Rain program. The first significant rain of the season flushes pollutants that have accumulated across the landscape during the dry season into storm drains, creeks, and ocean. Volunteers are needed to collect water samples and record data during this season’s first rain event.
