County webpage has project plans and more info.
The purpose of the Pre-Application Public Workshop is to provide for and foster early public involvement and input and, to the extent feasible, resolve potential issues before the project advances significantly in the County’s formal review process. After the workshop and consideration of comments submitted, the applicant may revise their project prior to formal permit submittal.
