King Tides & Coffee at Surfers' Beach Jan 19

King tides are the highest tides of the year and help us visualize what every day water levels could look like with sea level rise. The San Mateo County Sea Change team is leading a King Tides & Coffee event to inform the public about king tides and sea level rise.

Saturday, Jan 19, 2019, 8:00-10:00AM (high tide peaks at 8:12AM)
8:00 AM meet at Surfers’ Beach, near Coronado, El Granada - coffee
8:15 AM guided walk along the shoreline with County staff
9:00 AM presentations, activities, coffee & bagels at Miramar Beach Restaurant parking lot
