MCC Study Session - MCC Special Meeting - July 29, 2020 (Conducted Remotely)

MCC Agenda for a special session on Connect the Coastside on July 29 at 7pm. This meeting will be conducted remotely as a telephone and video conference via Zoom. There will be no public meeting room for the meeting. Instructions for accessing the meeting and for making comment are available in the first page of the agenda.

Resources for the July 29, 2020 Connect the Coastside Study Session

This is going up ahead of the agenda to give the community as much time as possible to look at the documents that they find interesting or useful.

The San Mateo County home page for Connect the Coastside (CTMP), with links to the executive summary, the document itself, and recent presentations, and the County page with all of the older presentations and documents for Connect the Coastside.  Note, the January 15, 2020 draft is the current version.  The County is working on revisions following the public meetings.

US FHWA description of ICE (Intersection Control Evaluation) process and goals.  This is similar to Caltrans, but the Caltrans document is no longer available on the web.

Public Hearing for Cypress Point PUD-140 hearing at Board of Supervisors on July 21, 2020

It will be item 9 on the agenda, scheduled to be heard after 10:30AM on July 21st.  This will be a Zoom virtual meeting.  The Agenda has instructions for watching and commenting. Links to the Agenda, PUD-140 and LCP amendment documents are on this page

Public Hearing for consideration of a Local Coastal Program (LCP) amendment to rezone a vacant parcel located at the corner of Carlos and Sierra Streets in Moss Beach from “PUD-124/CD” to “PUD-140/CD”:

A) Open Public hearing
B) Close Public hearing
C) Recommendation to adopt a resolution directing staff to submit the Proposed Local Coastal Program (LCP) Amendments for California Coastal Commission review and certification.
