The Midcoast Local Coastal Program (LCP) update is Item 15.a on the California Coastal Commission agenda for August 8 in Santa Cruz.
UPDATE: Coastal Commission staff report recommends that the Commission approve the Midcoast LCP Update as submitted.
Big Wave Project Coastal Commission Appeal August 8, 2012
The Big Wave Project appeal will be heard by the California Coastal Commission (CCC) at their August 8 meeting in Santa Cruz. Staff report will be posted July 27 – check back for link.
UPDATE: Coastal Commission staff report finds substantial issue exists - recommends deny project. The item has been scheduled to start first in the afternoon session (1:00 pm).
Fitzgerald ASBS Pollution Reduction Program
